ecause we GUARANTEEour pearl jewelry for 30 days after you receive it, should there be some problem, please notify us before returning it to us.  We will refund (excluding shipping), or replace it, as you wish. With custom orders, though, you will receive store credit only.   A few of our items are very delicate and will not stand up to daily wear, such as the pearl ring.  You’ll have to use your own judgment with such things as very fine chains which also are not hard-wearing.
